The Cànoves Living Nativity 2026 is one of the longest-established and most family-friendly events in the Vallès Oriental. Usually held during the Pont de la Puríssima, it combines a natural setting with the old town and includes a special children’s living nativity at noon. The Experience: A static living nativity scene in a privileged environment
This nativity scene, which has been held since 2016, opts for a static format accompanied by recorded music. Scenes of all kinds are recreated, both biblical and traditional Catalan, taking advantage of the beauty of a route that merges the surrounding natural space with the corners of the old town of Cànoves.
Hours and dates of the Living Nativity in Cànoves
- Key dates: Historically fixed at the Pont de Desembre. Performances are planned on the days December 6 and 7, 2026.
- Hours of performances (General): Traditional performances in the evening, usually opening the tour of 18:00 h to 20:00 h.
- Children's nativity scene: A midday pass is usually scheduled (generally on the 7th of 12:00 h to 13:00 h). It is an endearing format where all the figures in the nativity scene is children between 4 and 14 years old, ideal for going there with a baby.

- Can Garriga Restaurant: Home-style restaurant deeply rooted in the town, right in the square itself (Plaça de Sant Muç, 2).
